Refunds.
A clear, generous policy so you can try SPACETIME without risk.
14-day window
You can request a refund of any credit purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. This sits alongside the UK distance-selling cooling-off period.
Unused credits — full refund
If you have not consumed any credits from a purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of that purchase, including any processing fees.
Partially used — pro-rata
If you have consumed some credits, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis. Example: a pack of 10 credits at £49 with 3 credits consumed refunds £34.30 (7 ÷ 10 × £49).
Consumed credits — non-refundable
Credits that have been consumed by an analysis are not refundable — the service has been delivered. This includes analyses you initiated and then abandoned.
How to request
Visit your account and use the Refunds section to select a recent purchase and submit a request. Refunds are reviewed and processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
