14-day window

You can request a refund of any credit purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. This sits alongside the UK distance-selling cooling-off period.

Untouched packs — full refund

If no credits from a purchase have been consumed, you are entitled to a full refund of that purchase. Request it from your account page within 14 days.

Once any credit is used — non-refundable

As soon as a single credit from a pack has been consumed by an analysis, the pack as a whole is non-refundable. We do not operate pro-rata refunds on partially-used packs — this keeps the policy simple, predictable, and easy to administer.

If you think you'll only need one analysis, buy the Single Credit pack rather than a larger one.

Consumed credits — non-refundable

Credits that have been consumed by an analysis are not refundable — the service has been delivered. This includes analyses you initiated and then abandoned.

How to request

Visit your account and use the Refunds section to select a recent purchase and submit a request. Refunds are reviewed and processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
