Trust
AI, confidentiality & local storage
SPACETIME is built so that you can see, at any time, what is read, what is computed and what is stored. This page is the single source of truth for those questions.
A · AI transparency
The extraction model in use
All structured extraction in the current build is routed through a single, named model. There is no silent fallback to a different provider.
- Current extraction model
- google/gemini-2.5-pro
- Model label
- Google Gemini 2.5 Pro
- Provider chain
- Google Gemini via the Lovable AI Gateway
B · Inputs
What is processed
When you submit a document, its text is transmitted to the stated AI provider for structured extraction only. No additional third-party processors are used in the extraction step.
C · Defaults
What is not stored by default
SPACETIME does not store the raw source document by default. The structured extraction output lives in the active browser session unless you explicitly save a snapshot.
D · Session output
Session output
Analysis outputs — risks, timelines, responses and reports — are available during the active session for review, print or export. Closing the tab clears them unless a snapshot has been saved.
E · Saved snapshots
Saved risk snapshots
You may explicitly save structured risk snapshots for future comparison. In this prototype, snapshots are stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. They never leave your device through SPACETIME.
F · Modes
Minimum vs Evidence snapshot
Minimum snapshot
- — Risk categories
- — Scores
- — Dates and windows
- — Rule labels
- — Confidence
- — Timeline points
- — Response statuses (where available)
Evidence snapshot (opt-in)
- — May include clause references
- — May include source evidence quotes
- — May include reviewer notes
- — Requires a second explicit confirmation
G · Caution
An important warning
Saved snapshots may still contain confidential extracted facts, dates, risk scores, notes and report outputs. Do not save a snapshot unless you are authorised to retain this information.
H · Persistence
No cloud persistence (current prototype)
In the current prototype, saved snapshots are browser-local only. Clearing browser data may delete them. SPACETIME does not back them up to any server.
I · User responsibility
Your responsibility
Only process documents you are authorised to submit for AI extraction and to retain as structured snapshots.
J · Boundary
Professional boundary
SPACETIME provides decision support and temporal risk intelligence. It does not provide legal advice. Final decisions and judgements remain with you and your professional advisers.
K · Billing
Billing and usage records
To operate credits and payments, SPACETIME may store billing and usage metadata such as timestamps, product type, credit usage, model used, provider route, success/failure status and payment identifiers. These records do not include document content, extracted clauses, source quotes, generated reports, reviewer notes or saved snapshot content.
Disclaimer
SPACETIME provides decision support and temporal risk intelligence. It does not provide legal advice. Verify outputs against the source document. Professional review may be required. A risk not redetected in a later snapshot does not necessarily mean the risk is gone.
Saved snapshots may contain confidential extracted facts, dates, risk scores, reviewer notes and report outputs.
